Information for Local heat Organisers
Local heats should be registered by the relevant County FA representative, ensuring each event is aligned to the official competition pathway. To get started, organisers should create an account on the portal.
If your heat has already been pre-registered, you can claim it by logging in using the same email address provided when you notified The FA of your intention to run a local heat.
Organisers are encouraged to set up heats across all available categories where possible, helping maximise participation within their county.
The portal allows you to register teams directly into your event, as well as open your heat to other eligible teams in your area who are looking to take part. You can track team details, find contact details and submit qualifiers into the regional final stages after your event(s) have taken place.
